All our cages come with an one year warranty against defects. 

How to choose a cage?

When finding the right cage for your bird there are 2 major components that need to be aware of: bar spacing and minimum inside dimension. Appropriate bar spacing is an important factor to consider because it helps prevent escape and injury. As long as bar spacing is safe for your bird, a bigger inside dimension is always better because you would want your bird to live in a bigger home with larger living space to ensure enough room for your bird to grow and to move around.

When can I receive my item?

Order dispatched by UPS or Canada Post. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch and tracking information will be sent by email. For orders from Canada, it usually takes 1-4 days to deliver depends on location.

We do not disclose or give anyone your information, all information we collected is for order processing purpose only.

What if the item I received is defective or damaged upon arrival?

Our customers are fully protected. Your purchase is fully insured by shipping insurance, if you find your cage is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately, we will send you with the parts that are damaged or will send you with another cage if the damage is substantial.

What is your return policy?

We only accept return items if they are defective or damaged, and within two weeks after the purchase date. We will not accept cages that have been used because we want to ensure our customers will receive brand new cages and for sanitary reasons. Please confirm the cage is in the same condition before you return it to us, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us if you desire to return the item to us, we will provide you with a RMA and also the instructions on how to return it.

You will be responsible for shipping cost on returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, your refund will be the total amount paid minus shipping cost. 

Please use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that the return item could reach our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item in order to approve on refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns on discounted items, all sale on discounted items are considered final.
